By purchasing a subscription product from Earth Energy Supplements, you agree to the terms below.
How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription, your selected product will automatically renew based on the delivery frequency you choose at checkout.
Your subscription will continue until you update, skip, pause, or cancel it through your subscription portal before the next renewal order is processed.
Subscription options, pricing, discounts, and delivery frequencies may vary by product.
Subscription Billing
Subscription orders renew automatically on the schedule selected at checkout.
Each renewal order is automatically created and charged using the payment method saved to your subscription.
You will receive email notifications before upcoming renewal orders are processed. These emails include a link to manage your subscription.
Please review your upcoming renewal emails carefully and make any changes before the renewal order is submitted.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription through the subscription portal linked in your order confirmation email and upcoming renewal notification emails.
Through your subscription portal, you may be able to:

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription before your next renewal order is processed.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal order, cancellation must be completed before the renewal order is submitted.
Once a renewal order has been submitted and begins processing, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation of an order that has already been submitted or entered processing.
Subscription Changes
Changes to your subscription, including address updates, payment method updates, frequency changes, skipped orders, or cancellations, must be completed before your next renewal order is processed.
Earth Energy Supplements is not responsible for renewal orders shipped to an outdated or incorrect address if the subscription was not updated before the renewal order was submitted.
Subscription Returns and Refunds
Products purchased through a subscription are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Subscription orders that have already been submitted, processed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Subscription orders that are refused at delivery, returned to sender, or sent back without prior approval will not be refunded.

Failed Payments

Pricing, Discounts, and Product Availability
Subscription pricing, discounts, product availability, and delivery options may change over time.
If a subscription product becomes unavailable, discontinued, or out of stock, your subscription may be delayed, modified, or canceled.
