Return and Refund Policy

At Earth Energy Supplements, our products are consumable wellness products. For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we can only accept returns under limited conditions.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. This policy explains which products are eligible for return, how refunds are handled, and how subscription orders work.


1. Non-Subscription Orders

This section applies to one-time purchases only. Subscription orders are covered separately below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The outer tamper-proof seal must be fully intact. If the tamper-proof seal has been removed, broken, damaged, or altered in any way, the return will not be accepted.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be submitted to our customer support team within 15 days of delivery, based on the delivery date shown by the original tracking number.
  • The return must be approved by Earth Energy Supplements before the product is sent back.

For orders containing multiple units of the same product, refunds will only be issued for containers that meet the eligibility requirements above.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The product you would like to return
  • The reason for the return request

Please allow up to 48 hours for our customer support team to review your request.

Do not send any product back before your return request has been approved. Any item returned without prior approval will be considered unauthorized and may not be eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, our support team will email you return instructions and the return address. Returns must be sent only to the address provided by our customer support team.


3. Return Shipping and Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A $7 restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds for eligible returned items.

Earth Energy Supplements is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, or returned without prior approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending back an approved return.


4. Refunds for Approved Returns

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order, less any applicable fees.

Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements in this policy, the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@earthenergysupplements.com within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box

We may require photos or additional information before approving a replacement, refund, or other resolution.


6. Subscription Orders

Products purchased through a subscription are not eligible for returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout. Each renewal order is automatically created and processed on the scheduled renewal date, generally around midnight Central Time.

You will receive email notifications before your upcoming renewal order is processed. These emails include a link to manage your subscription.

You can manage your subscription through the subscription portal linked in your order confirmation email and upcoming renewal notification emails.

Through the subscription portal, you may be able to:

  • View your subscription
  • Update your payment method
  • Update your shipping address
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Cancel your subscription before the next renewal is processed

Any subscription changes or cancellations must be completed before the renewal order is submitted.

Once a renewal order has been submitted and begins processing, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Subscription orders that are refused at delivery, returned to sender, or sent back without approval will not be refunded.


7. Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned-to-Sender Packages

For non-subscription orders, packages that are refused at delivery, returned to sender, marked unable to deliver, or marked no forwarding address available may be subject to a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.

If a reshipment is approved, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Subscription orders that are refused at delivery, returned to sender, or sent back without approval will not be refunded.


8. Abuse of Return or Refund Policy

We monitor return and refund activity.

Earth Energy Supplements reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if we determine that the policy is being misused, abused, or violated.
