Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Our fulfillment center does not process or ship orders on weekends.
During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you.

Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and the destination address.
Most U.S. orders are delivered within approximately 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on USPS service level and carrier conditions.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other issues outside of our control may affect delivery timing.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking link to follow your shipment.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Earth Energy Supplements is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are managed by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

Refused, Returned-to-Sender, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery, returned to sender, marked unable to deliver, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us at:

For eligible non-subscription orders, any refund or reshipment will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a reshipment is approved.
Subscription orders that are refused at delivery, returned to sender, or sent back without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
